Your schedule is busy, and sometimes fitting in an appointment can be tricky. While we cannot promise to have an appointment available at any particular time, if you'll let us know your availabilty, we'll try to work around it.
Please understand that this is NOT a confirmed appointment. We will contact you either by email or phone to provide the exact date and time. If you have not heard back from us within 2 business days, please call our office.
We need at least 2 business days advance notice for all requests.
